Application of inhibitors to ensure surface is ready to be seal. Re-sand area to make sure joints are secure, this process is done by push broom and by "water sanding". Apply sealer by hand brush on pool coupling pieces. Application of 2 coats of sealer with electric pump to ensure even and smooth application of the sealer. Remove protector items and secure area for drying process.
